Had a truck in the Corinth area that broke down. The folks from Profleet got our truck and driver back on the road in a timely manner. Great to have someone dependable to call on when your trucks are a distance away from home. Very courteous from the first phone call to the follow up the next day.
Had a problem with turbo charger and Warren and crew found the problem and fixed it.They also discovered that the manifold had several cracks along with a real bad air filter.The work was done in a very professional manner with Warren keeping me informed every step during the repair. This morning a gentleman by the name of Warren Bascomb stopped (in the pouring rain while the tornado sirens were going off!) to help when our car stalled in the water after going under a bridge. He tried to jump the car off for us and when that didn't work, he hooked up a tow rope and pulled our car down the road to a safe spot. If this is the kind of people that own and/or run your business, then I can't highly recommend it enough! Very grateful for the kindness show to us today. Thank you again!
